You should do this at the local register office for the area where the baby was born.

If the baby was born at Queens Hospital in Romford, select Yes.

If you cannot register the birth in the area where the baby was born, you can continue to use this form to book an appointment with us and we will send your details to the correct office.

You will not be issued with a birth certificate at your appointment.
